Grad School – Here I Come!

This morning I received the best news: an acceptance to the University of Florida’s Counselor Education Program. It still feels very surreal to imagine myself at UF for another couple of years.

I am beyond excited and grateful to have been given the opportunity to continue my passion of helping others. I feel as if my entire college experience has led up to this moment.

From working as a Preview Staffer at New Student and Family Programs to being a Resident Assistant at the Department of Housing, the skills and experience I have learned are invaluable. I can’t imagine pursuing this career choice without undergoing these experiences first.

I would like to thank those who have supported me during this wild journey! From my family and friends to professional staff members, thank you for your mentorship, support and love. I couldn’t have done it without you!
