Last weekend, Kev and I decided to celebrate the Fall season with a Lowe Family Pumpkin Party. It was a party for everyone to just enjoy good food, company and pumpkin carvings. One of my favorite parts was being able to connect with friends we haven’t seen in a while.
My grandmother always throws the best get-togethers so I tried to make sure that I had all of her party essentials. Some of my favorite memories are from our family parties. My grandmother is the best hostess – the food is always hot, conversation flowing and laughs galore. For our party, we had home-cooked meals, desserts, appetizers and gift bags. We also had a photo booth available for everyone to take photos together.
During the party, I was able to stop and see my friends enjoying their time while we were all together. I had this overwhelming sense of happiness to be able to see their smiles.
