I’m a little late in welcoming the Holiday Season … I’m going to go ahead and blame it on finals week. So now that my first semester of graduate school has come to an end, I can take some time to welcome one of my favorite holidays.
While we were home post-Thanksgiving, we ushered in Christmas with a trip to Santa’s Tree Village. There’s just something about the smell of evergreen that brings back such fond memories of Christmas.
I loved walking through the trees while sipping hot chocolate and reminiscing on our childhood memories. Walking through a maze of trees made it seem like we were in a Christmas bubble.
Needless to say, spending time with Kevin talking about our Christmas traditions while looking at trees was the perfect way to start December.
