Y’all, this has been a long time coming! You may have noticed something a little different about the blog today. I decided it was time for a little makeover complete with a new design + logo.
I’ve talked about my best friend Katelyn before, but in case you didn’t know – she is an absolute crafty, southern goddess queen. We’ve been attached at the hip since birth + not much has changed in our relationship. She may be the only person besides my family that can follow along with my stories + understand exactly what I’m trying to say. She’s one to take risks, creates masterpieces and is beautiful inside + out.
This doesn’t even come close to all of my favorite photos we have taken together, but it’s a quick snapshot.
Now, you’re probably wondering why I’m talking all about Kate. Well, this beautiful crafty queen created my logo! I mean, how insanely talented is she?! I described to her my vision and she came back with tons of logos to choose from within 30 minutes. If that’s not talent, I don’t know what is. Love you my Kate!
As for the new blog template, I wanted something that was modern but still allowed for my signature touches. I’m still getting a handle on CSS, SEO and any other combination of alphabet soups. So you may see some tweaks here + there – all for the better!
